Home Sweet Home Packages
Do you need advice on how to update and/or organize your decor? These packages are great for staging homes prior to selling or planning a move into a new home.
Staging Walk Through Package
- 2-hour walk-through to verbally provide homeowners ideas on how they can work with their furniture and decor to maximize use and space; helpful for sale preparation
- Staging Checklist for clients to document measurements, ideas, and note
All-Inclusive Staging Package
- Includes Walk-Through Package
- Decorator updates room layouts & styles decor
- Provides a written plan for the homeowner to follow as to what decor and furniture needs to be updated and/or put into storage for showing the home, if appropriate
- Color consult and plan for repainting identified areas in the home that could affect its sale
One & Done Services
Sometimes you want to refresh an area of your home with wall paint, flooring, upholstery for a favorite furniture piece or window treatments.
